Program Diet

salam semua..di pagi sabtu yg indah ni,ak nk share dgn u all cmne I boley ilang 1.5kg per week(1st week)..noted: diet is to balance the quantity of foods u consume everyday according to  food guide pyramid..diet IS NOT to NOT EAT RICE but U REPLACE WITH HIGH CARBOHYDRATE FOOD!

After i google, scanning what is all diet is, i jump to the conclusion:
1. Nak dapatkan berat seimbang, jaga makan,jaga makan n jaga makan
2. Exercise is important at least 3times per week,20 mins 4every session
- Org kurus juga perlu bersenam bkn sbb nk kurus, tapi utk healthy lifestyle. By exercising, the level of cholesterol will reduce and lowest the possibility of heart attack. Btw, Islam menganjurkan kita untuk bersukan kan?Itu la kebaikannya..

So,ni la menu diet aku..mebi aku tak kurus lagi n everybody is complaining "tak jadi sibuk2 nak share"..I only shared what I think is important and good...if tak jadi,it is me who sometimes did not strictly follow it..hehe

3keping biskut jacobs hi fibre/2keping rati gandum
Air masak
TGAHARI@Lunch
One portion of rice = more less segenggam tangan (aiggooo!cketnya)
      Seekor ikan/seketul ayam(bhgn dada yg byk isi)/sebiji telur
     2portions of sayur(i love sayur,so tader masalah)
Air Masak dan buah
PETANG@Tea
Air masak + Biskut 2,3keping
PETANG@Dinner(I eat b4 7pm)
Roti gandum 2keping/sup sayur.Kdg2 ak mkn j yong tau fu k.tp jg kuantiti
EXERCISE
Aerobik lebey kurang 20min satu sesi, 3x sminggu..ada masa terluang,ak buat sit up..around 15x setiap kali

So,rase ok,ikotla..tapi pantangnye nk jg badan nih, jgn minum air manis dan air batu..Mak ak pon ckp gitu.Nanti bisa bdn bile da tua.Org pomp pon mmg tak elok minum..Start tgk food calorie kat luar plastik makanan,tgk karbohidrat brape..sbb kalu benda2 tuh tak gn dlm bdn, jadik la lemak berkrim ye..Calorie intake for women will be 1500kcal per day..so,pandai 2 la kire kalori yer..nak contoh,leh surf laman web ini atau yang ini. Dats y ak amek air masak je, sbb air masak 0 kalori;)

Gamba dulu..bukti penah kurus dan inspirasi boleh kurus!
Tu je la dulu kot sedikit sebanyak info yg aku dapat.Yg penting:
*Jgn skip makan,makan berjadual
*Dont afraid to say NO to ur frens yg ajk kua utk makan malam(kwn yg baik akn supot kite)
*Senam la walaupun sket..jadik la dr tak lasum ehh
Dan satu lagi, sekarang aku dah buang air besar setiap hari tanpa bantuan teh detox atau ape2 ubat..suke!
ak rase sbb ak dah ubah jum serat yg aku amek dll..Apepon, bukan sng nk turun berat..Nk kawal nafsu mmg susah..tapi usaha dan usaha terus yer;) hope kite sume dapat berat idaman kite..
Muahhh,till we meet again eberibodi..papai..ws
